Shipping Policy

Multiline Packaging ships to any location worldwide. We utilize a variety of carriers such as USPS, UPS, and various freight carriers. Customers’ orders will take one to six estimated business days in transit, depending on the shipping address as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. International orders may take beyond six business days, depending on the country.

Customers can change their shipping address after an order has been placed, if the order has not yet been shipped. However, it is our policy that this change is subject to a modification fee. Shipping Cut-Off Time:

  • While most orders placed before 2:00pm MST meet the cut-off for expedited shipping, our official cut-off time for expedited shipping on web orders is 1:00pm MST. Additionally, orders are only shipped during business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service at customerservice@multilineonline.com
  • While these orders before 1:00pm will be handed off to our shipping partners (USPS, UPS and more), we cannot guarantee their expedited shipping due to possible unforeseen circumstances (explained in sections below).

Will Call Orders:

  • After successfully placing an order for will call pickup, please allow at least one (1) hour for our warehouse associates to prepare you order. You will receive an email confirming that the order is ready for pick up.
  • You will have two (2) business days to pick up your order - you do not have to pick it up on the same day.
  • When you pick up your order, you will receive a pick up confirmation email.
  • If you do not pick up your order within those three (2) business days, we will email to let you know that your order is being returned to inventory.
  • If you have not picked up your order but you receive the pick up confirmation email, please reach out immediately to let us know.
  • Orders placed after 3:00PM (MST) will be available for pickup the following business day.

When Will Call Order Item Is Out of Stock:

If you place a will call order and one or more of the items is out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you as soon as our shipping team notices the issue - this will likely be the same day you place your order.

  • Customer service will try your contact number two (2) times and leave a voicemail if there is still no answer on the second call.
  • If you have not called back within 15 minutes, you will be refunded for the items that are out of stock ONLY.
  • Customer service will then tell shipping to proceed with fulfilling the rest of your order.

As always, you will have two (2) days to retrieve your will call order from our facility - please bring your order confirmation with you. If you do not come to retrieve your order within that time, it will be returned to our inventory and you will be notified via email and/or text. When you do retrieve your will call order, we will send you a confirmation email.
