  • Do I need to make an account to make purchases?

You can place an order only after creating an account that is approved. Creating an account will securely save your information for easier checkout on your next purchase and give you access to exclusive promotions, product highlights and prices.

  •  Can I make changes to my order after placing an order?

Any changes to orders already placed should be requested immediately by contacting customer service at customerservice@multilineonline.com or by giving us a call at 303-295-2081, Mon - Sat | 9:00AM - 5:30PM.

Please have your order number ready. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.

Shipping

  • What are my shipping options?

We work with a wide variety of shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, as well as various freight carriers. Depending on the items in your cart as well as your shipping address, different shipping options will be available. Please proceed to checkout and proceed to the Shipping step to see all available options for your order.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary and are determined during checkout based on the items in your cart, your shipping address and your selected shipping option. Shipping costs are calculated using live real-time data from each of our shipping partners.

  • When will my order arrive?

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, as well as your shipping address amongst other factors. Please check your tracking information for any details regarding your specific order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping options on many of our products, however some smoke shop & vape shop items cannot be shipped internationally. This restriction will not affect packaging items such as jars and bags. Please refer to the product descriptions on each item and look for an international shipping notice to see which items are available to be shipped internationally.

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with shipping information, including tracking information.

  • What is the time cutoff for pick-up orders?

We have Will Call available for free for same-day pickup. The cutoff time for Will Call orders is 3:00 PM MST.

  • Do you offer discreet shipping?

All orders are packaged discreetly and not labeled under "Multiline Packaging." All packages shipped will be labeled under "Multiline Int’l Imports."
